The Money Charity – Deliver workshop to Y8 on planning ahead/saving money

The Money Charity – Deliver workshops to Year 8 building on their Y7 workshops on salaries, taxes, payslips and savings.

Today all our Y8 students completed a new workshop with Natalie Creswell from The Money Charity, aimed to get them thinking about their short, medium and long term money goals and in particular what they most wanted to save for!

This led to an interactive activity looking at saving, investing and budgeting with a different version of the classic board game ‘snakes & ladders’.

We would like to thank Natalie for her time, delivery and collaboration with us, to provide our students with invaluable tips and information about looking after their money and making sensible plans for their futures.
