Our therapy dog Gus turns one and returns to school!
We are pleased to inform you that Gus, our PAWS therapy dog, will be returning to our school next week to continue his training. Gus has been a wonderful source of comfort and support for our students, contributing positively to their emotional well-being.
However, we understand that not all students may be comfortable around dogs or may have allergies. If you do not wish for your child to have any contact with Gus, or if your child has an allergy to dogs, please let us know by Tuesday 17th September 2024, by emailing us at info@chilmingtongreenschool.org.uk. This will help us ensure that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your child’s needs.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to continuing to make Gus a valuable part of our school community whilst ensuring the safety and comfort of all our students.
Gus celebrated his 1st birthday recently and was a very spoilt boy! We have a selection of photos for you to view from Gus and his time with our students last year. Looking forward to another year of making special memories and supporting our cohort through their school journey 2024-2025.
